Booking policies
Simple, fair, guest-first policies.
We keep our policies short and human. In one sentence: cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session, and we will always work with you on genuine emergencies or weather.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours
You can cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your session, subject to availability. Simply reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as our therapists and beach setup are reserved for you. No-shows are treated the same. In genuine emergencies, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Weather policy
Caribbean showers are usually short. If the weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or uncomfortable, we will relocate you to a nearby sheltered spot or reschedule at no cost. Weather-related changes are always free.
Late arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session. If you are running late, your session may be shortened to protect the next guest's start time, and full pricing still applies.
Couples and group bookings
The 24-hour policy applies per booking, not per person. If one guest cancels within 24 hours of a couples session, the full session fee remains due.
How to cancel or reschedule
Message us on WhatsApp at +599 9 671 1015 or email hello@alivemassagecuracao.com with your booking reference. We reply within a few hours during opening times.
